How we handle your personal data.
This page explains how İnabe Turizm processes your personal data through this website. The data controller is Inabe Turizm B.V., Keurenplein 4, 1069 CD Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42131328. You can write to info@inabeturizm.nl or call +31 6 83147721 with any questions.
We collect your data only when you complete the enquiry form. Your name and telephone number are required there; your email address, the number of travellers, your preferred departure city and your message are optional. We also record which tour page you sent the form from.
Nothing about you is collected while you browse the site. When you submit the form, the IP address of your connection is used only at that moment, in memory, to limit how many submissions can be made per minute; it is not recorded and not retained.
This website uses no cookies. No analytics, advertising or social media trackers are loaded, and your browsing behaviour is not followed.
We process your data to answer your enquiry and prepare a suitable offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); recording the IP address rests on our legitimate interest in security and preventing misuse (Article 6(1)(f)).
Your enquiry is stored in our reservation system, which our staff have access to, and is also delivered to us through our email provider. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
If your enquiry does not lead to a booking, your record is deleted from our systems automatically and permanently after six months; you do not have to ask for it. If your enquiry does lead to a booking, the associated financial records fall under the seven-year retention period required by Dutch tax law.
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to object, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@inabeturizm.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
